Firstly, a big Thank You to all of you that joined us last week, there were some very scary Hallowe'en inchies out there - all of them fab.

So, its November...and a new challenge....this month we are changing the rules slightly. For this month each theme will be a colour and subject theme....we are hoping to help you get ready for Christmas by making Cards!...and this weeks theme and colour has been chosen by the very talented Dawn and she has chosen.....

HOLLY AND THE IVY - USING THE COLOURS, GREEN, RED AND GOLD

and to help us this month we have Pia back as our GD for the month...so, a big Thank You is extended to Pia and here are the teams Cards.....

Morning All!

The month seems to be rushing by and it feels like winter is upon us. The nights are drawing in and gone are the evenings of crafting by natural light, oh how I wish I had started making my Christmas Cards in July !!

On the upside, cosy evening blog hopping lay ahead. On that note we would like to thank you all for your wonderful contributions this week. We are so lucky to have such talented ladies as you taking part and hope you are enjoying trying something new.

So another week another challenge. We continue with inchies but the theme this week is.....

FACES

Hi all, I've had to re-do this weeks post - it appears that there is a fellow blogger, who is being very unpleasant and managing to leave very nasty comments - unfortunately, his remark couldn't be deleted without leaving his signature behind - whilst honest opinion is acceptable, pure nastiness isn't!

I'm sorry that in re-publishing the blog we appear to have lost some entries for this week - if you are one of them please re-list and my fellow dt'ers will come along and pay you a "nice" visit!

Thanks, The Team xx

October....

October has arrived, the 10th month of the year and now we're well on the way to Christmas...where has 2009 gone?

A big Thank You to all you special SCD'ers who took part last week - the month has given us some gorgeous moos - and I hope you've all enjoyed working on the size.

So, for October, we've decided to challenge you to create

INCHIES
1" x 1" pieces of art....

and for this weeks theme, it's:-

Oriental....

This week is also the first week for our two new DT members, Laura and Tammara - do check out their blogs and see what lovely work they produce.

So, here are the dt's inchies for this week:-

We are all looking forward to visiting your blogs and seeing what fab inchies you come up with.

Love The Team xx

Ps: alot of you have commented and emailed regarding Tammaras lovely inchie - Tammara is a digi-artist which might explain why some of our rubber stamps etc don't allow us to get so much onto our pieces and why her pieces are so precisely matched...pop on over to her blog to see what else she creates.
